- Set the annual forecast based on mutual agreement with the principal.

- Conduct market surveys and analysis in order to build a rational strategic and marketing plan in coordination with the principal.

- Establishing the forecast with the principal, based on which we will determine:
    - The target doctors.
    - The required number of field force.
    - The required marketing budget.

- We allocate a dedicated medical promotion team for each company we represent.

- We provide this team with the necessary training to perform their job in a professional manner.

- On job training through regular coaching of the team in the field.

- Coverage for all HCPs in Iraq to ensure high level of awareness and knowledge about our products.

- Participate in the local medical conferences to create awareness among HCPs about our products and establish the international brands which we represent in Iraq, also we sponsor some KOLs to attend regional and international medical conferences.

- Visit all potential wholesalers and pharmacies to ensure availability of our products and collect feedback about the general market situation concerning our products and the competition.

- After sales service our service doesn’t end at delivery as we pursue a long term relationship with our customers and forming a trusted business partnership from initial consolation to post installation.
